Replaced decking (flooring) and balusters (vertical retaining pieces under railing). In order to do this, we needed to replace a 5×5 beam, which included jacking the roof up to accommodate the beam.

Cabinet Alteration

The client wanted cabinets rebuilt to make room for a dishwasher installed to the right of the sink.

To make room for a dishwasher, I removed four drawers, a cabinet, and a retractable cutting board
Repurposed the remaining cabinet to retain a cupboard
Stained new wood and finishing
